The first collage feels like a famous line from somewhere but I’m not sure where? In a vaguely Shakespearean sort of way. Is it just me? My sketchbooks are a testament to all the many creative ideas and phases I go through, and half of it goes unshared. So I thought I’d post these today to mark the turn of the seasons. Despite the rain, this seems to be everyone’s favourite time of year.

And now for some music. Of course, I love the original, but…The Baseballs do it with a rockabilly twist I can’t resist. Also, this is not really a throwback but hey. In case you’ve never heard of them, they’re a German rock ‘n’ roll band that do 50s style rocked up versions of popular noughties hits. So good and so polished. No matter how tortured the original song, they do it in a way that is irrepressibly cheerful. Just check out their version of Bleeding Love and compare it with the original and you’ll see what I mean.
